AVYX Labs LLC ("AVYX Labs," "we," "us") is an independent software company based in Las Vegas, Nevada, United States. This policy covers this website (avyxlabs.com) only. Our products — Conclave and Cosmara — have their own privacy policies, linked below.
What this website collects
Nothing, by design. This website has no user accounts, no sign-up forms, no comment sections, no cookies set by us, and no advertising or marketing trackers. We do not use analytics tools that profile you.
Like most websites, avyxlabs.com is delivered through hosting and content-delivery infrastructure (Cloudflare), which may process technical information — such as IP addresses and request logs — as necessary to serve the site securely and reliably. That processing is governed by Cloudflare's privacy policy.
If you email us
If you contact us at support@avyxlabs.com, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message. We use that information only to respond to you and to operate our business. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to marketing lists. We retain correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to handle your inquiry and meet ordinary business and legal record-keeping needs, and we delete it on request.

International visitors
This website is operated from the United States. If you visit from outside the U.S., any information you send us (such as an email) will be received and processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your region.

This website is not directed to children, and our products are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over personal information we hold about you — such as access, correction, or deletion. Because this website collects essentially nothing, the most likely information we hold is an email you sent us; you can ask us to delete it at any time by writing to support@avyxlabs.com.
